Jeff Shockey is executive vice president of Government Operations, Global Public Policy & Corporate Strategy at The Boeing Company. He oversees Boeing’s U.S. federal, state, and local government operations, sustainability programs and global public policy initiatives. He also leads the company’s philanthropic organization, Boeing Global Engagement, and ensures a cohesive corporate strategy that drives Boeing’s business interests and strengthens engagement with external stakeholders. Shockey is a member of the company’s Executive Council.
With over 30 years of experience across government, government relations, and business development, Shockey has a deep understanding of both the public and private sectors. Shockey returned to Boeing in February 2025 after serving as senior vice president of Global Government Relations at RTX. His previous leadership roles at Boeing include vice president of Global Sales and Marketing for Defense, Space & Security, and vice president of Federal Affairs and International Policy for Government Operations. Shockey has also held senior positions in the U.S. House of Representatives, where he served as staff director on the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence and as staff director and deputy director on the House Appropriations Committee.
Shockey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Master of Public Administration from California State University San Bernardino.
