- The first trainers, which were developed and built in St. Louis, were delivered to the U.S. Navy in 2011.
- Boeing has delivered more than two dozen electronic classrooms to the U.S. Navy’s P-8A Integrated Training Center at Naval Air Station Jacksonville, Florida.
- The U.S. Navy uses the ground based Boeing P-8 training system to complete up to 70% of required training. Only 30% of P-3 Orion training occurs on the ground.
